Things that are making me happy right now.

I can't help but feel a little hopeless these days. Every time I turn on the news it's about how many people are out of work and how the economy hasn't been this bad since blah blah blah. All of this dismal news has motivated me to think of things that are making me happy right now.

Nate and Campbell.
A few of the cute words C has learned - bug and belly(sounds like bucky).
C initiates a goodnight kiss(serious heart melter alert).
My faith.
My families.
Nate graduating this spring.
A vacation in May.
Spring(I heard it was supposed to snow tomorrow...boo).
Connecting with old friends.
C will be eligible for nursery in a couple of weeks.

I hope to add to this list in the future.

Directions according to Robin - I would enter through the south entrance of the union building. Walk left of the information desk approximately 61 steps. You can't miss it.

I just wanted to profess my love for this sweet guy. I was going to shout it from the roof top but it's a little steep and icy and dangerous. Anyhoozie, I Love You Nate!

Campbell is demonstrating the latest trend in Antler fashion. Think outside the box people. If only Rudolph knew this simple trick all the other reindeer would not have laughed and called him names.
My little girl cracks me up. She loves putting things on her head. The antlers are her latest victim. It is not unusual for me to look out of the corner of my eye to see one of Nate's socks on top of her head. If I have a laundry basket of clean clothes you know she's going to find something to put on her head. She only discriminates against pretty bows or say a cute brown beanie with a pink bow(which she looks adorable in).

I was telling my mom about this video today. I don't remember how I was introduced to this little ditty but it's a fave. Tis the season for colds, eh? Poor little bunny...

Wiggin' Out

The power went out a couple of weeks ago so I had to dig for some candles. In my search I found some old wigs. Campbell's hair color is still a bit of a mystery so I decided to see how she would look as a blonde or a brunette. What do ya think? Let's hope when her hair does arrive it won't have this much volume.
